Chapter 1: A Busy Night
                                                                                 Sito:

     "Get it Yumi!" I yelled while firing my gun at a Demon
     "I got it, I got it." Yumi replied. "Just calm down." She pulled out her katana and dashed towards the slimy ooze of a demon.
     "I'd calm down if you'd kill it already!
     "Well maybe if you stopped yelling at me I could concentrate on the demon!"
     "Good point."
     Yumi reached the demon cut it in half and said. "That was way to complicated for such a tiny demon. I mean we've been here for at least an hour chasing it." She blew a strand of hair out of her face.
     "Yeah, but the odd thing is, usually demons like that travel in packs… so where's the pack?"

As soon as I opened my big mouth a hoard of the slimy things started coming out of the walls and floor boards. Eventually they all same to one point in the dark room and formed a giant blob. The blob formed a hand and smashed the ground breaking the floor sending Yumi and myself flying in opposite directions.

I landed on my back, and slid on across the floor hitting my head on the wall. I got to my feet and readied my sword to fight, I ran towards the  hand and sliced in two. It formed again and attempted to crush me but I jumped out of the way dodging the hand.

Yumi appeared with her sword and started to cut it back into small blobs again.

     "SITO NOW!" she said jumping away from the blobs.
     "RIGHT!"

I snapped my fingers but only a spark came out of them. I tried again and again but only sparks would fly out of my hand. Finally Yumi gave up on me using magic and pulled out her gun shooting them, I did the same.

About an hour and all of our ammo later they were all gone. I pulled out bottles with magic spells engraved on them and the water that the blobs ashy remains were giving off flowed into them.

     "Well another day another dollar." I said while putting the bottles away
     "Yeah at least it wasn't a higher level demon then that." Yumi replied.
     "Yeah… Well let's get back to the shop, shall we?"
     "Let's."

We arrived home to find Amako out cold on the floor.

     "I'll get the legs" I said walking over to Amakos' legs
     "I'll get the arms." Yumi said while walking to the opposite side of Amako.
     "One… two…. three… lift." We lifted her up and brought her down stairs where we laid her on one of the couches in our living room.
     "She's such a pain sometimes." Yumi said sitting down on the couch across from Amako.
     "Yeah…" I said sitting down next to Yumi. "maybe we shouldn't trust her to mind the store at night… or leave her alone at all."
     Yumi laughed "The oldest one out of all three of us and she acts like the child."
     "Yeah." I yawned "Well we should get to bed."
     "Yeah it's been a long day. Not to mention tomorrow's Saturday, the only time of the week where it's busy." After about an ten minutes of spacing out from exhaustion and forgetting what we were doing, we finally got up and went to bed in our room.
     "Hmm?" Amako said waking up from the door closing. "WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE? "how did I get on the couch… wait… how did I get back to the store in the first place?" she shrugged and went back to sleep.
